What you aren’t hearing in your sales pitch?

One of the most exciting rewards of being a salesperson is hearing a prospect tell you YES! That is the touchdown in the game of football sales. We spend a significant amount of time learning our craft and working through the pillars of rejection. When someone says YES, we are rewarded for all the hard work that most of our prospects never see. That part of sales is fun! It is the part of the job where we are on a motivational high!

What happens when we get told NO?

If you experience frustration, don’t worry. You are not alone. No one likes rejection. We are programmed to please and to be pleased. When we hear rejection, it can hurt us to our core. During this time, we often self-reflect on our skill set and analyze what we could have done better.
